Pathetic and fraud company. These people act as a barrier to pay the mediclaim to common people. They just rejected Rs.35000 stating the amount is not payable with no clear explanation. We have to follow up again and again and the call center people just say that they have highlighted the claim and would take 7 to 10 working days each and every time we call. On sending the mail they just raise a ticket which never gets solved. These fraudsters took 110 days just to say that lasik is not covered(this was my previous claim). No proper response to calls, emails. No proper communication channels. This company branch should be shut down. The head office is not even concerned despite 1.8 ratings on google. This shows their level.
