Along with other Insurer Max also started their Insurance Business with foreign partner in India 7/8 years before with bulky salaries to their employees which ultimately result in hard to keep break even point audit at the end of previous years. I heard they also used to pay some fix to their agents like Tata Life Insurance.
I appreciate their training department for lot of efforts to make a professional agent as well as sales persons which in terms results in lovable attitude of staffs.
Premium rates are not being competitive but overall company is good.
