My surrender policy

I had surrendered the policy on 14/05/2012. They have told me that they need 15 working days to settle my claim. ( LIC took only three days). Despite repeated reminders to their call centre, They surrender money is not settled by them even on 7/06/2012. Staff are thick skinned and any amount of pleading and scolding will not move them to act..


Company itself is not on financial integrity. So be careful. Your loved ones should face this same pain and so never invest in this company.
