Last month, my daughter got admitted in the Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh due to find out cause of off & on fever. As I have experienced the services of other hospitals in Delhi, there are many things which I appreciate about this particular hospital.
The First important thing which I liked is the pleasing attitude of their Nursing Staff towards patients/attendants. Though we were very depressed due to the illness of my Daughter but the Nursing Staff, who were there round the clock somehow, lessen our worry.
I must appreciate the Dietary Services also who were always on time with hygienic and tempting food for the attendants.
My one recommendation to this hospital is to train their GDA staff also as I found casual approach towards their duty. But, overall, the Doctors / Nurses and the services of this hospital, all are appreciable.
