Talk higher profits, get loss and more loss. Review on Market Magnify

Market magnify  used to send me mails and calls me to use their trading platform and do investment. They guaranteed of giving profit to me within short span of time. I did not accepted there tricks so they came up with a free trial version costing me nothing. I thought to give a try and I could not understand their interface. After the market closed, I got a mail and message that I gained profit on my Investment whereas I did not do any Investment.

The next day the customer care people told me that I made investment with my registered Id was not true and told me to pay Rs 25, 000 of the investment. I argued and told me to show and they send me a screen shot. I then said it was a trial version then how come it can deduct but they said there was no trial version and that it was on page. I had to forcibly pay them the money and was cheated. They just talk about higher profits but I never gained profit and had losses on my investment always. I have close down the account with them now.
