I wife got operated for ovarian cyst in Manipal last year. I was cautioned by many about Manipal. However, we still felt we should go ahead on get the operation done here.
We had researched the Dr. Rita Mhaskar and she operates here.
I can certainly say that we never repented to get the operation in Manipal. The service of the staff, food and facilities are pretty good. With so many doctors available here and proper attention system, we just felt pretty safe.
People might complain about the money. However, if it is taken care by insurance then it should not be a concern.
About the Dr. Rita Mhaskar. She is quite experienced and we certainly felt safe in her hands. However, we felt that she prescribed too much of anti-biotic for my wife.
I think that was little unnecessary. But, I think we all should be careful in taking anti-biotics.
