I bought this vehicle exchanging my scorpio as they say a new vehicle will not have breakdown issues but my car has seen more of the service centre than my home. the spares are difficult to arrive and last time my car was with the service centre for over a month and half and now the AMT has failed and the vehicle is with the service centre since the begining of august with no solution available. cannot take my family out because they have not even provided me with an alternative vehicle nor they have updated me on the arrival of spare part.I have gut feeling they will cheat me on replacement of the AMT assembly as they have informed me that the AMT assembly cost over one lac and takes 20 days to arrive from the factory and it is already past twenty days and they are just buying time so I strongly advise if anyone is buying TUV 300 auto shift please be prepared for adventures like mine.they care a damn to your plea as they know that the consumer protection rights are negoitable in our country and all you need is a favourable lawyer and a favourable judge. I have learnt through my experience that they have not done much of Research and development and testing on the auto shift feature and we as consumers are being used as guinea pigs for conducting expiriments.
