I happened to take E FD with this company .E Fd was successfully done ONLINE. reference folio RC000743. But after that when u want to update the Bank details their website do not work for this. If u email to their customer care you should be lucky to get response since the firm is managed by incompetent illiterate personnel to understand your query and respond. They wll maintain a silence even mails are sent to grievence cell. Now I have lodged a complaint with Govt portal. Taking E FD is easy but after that you are doomed and wonder how long you need to chase them for FD after maturity. U may have to take a trip to chennal and sit there.
