Hello friends last April(2017) I have purchased Maruti Swift with the help of Mahindra Finance Loan. but I want to say very poor customer services of Mahindra they are taking so much time to approve the loan.and one which I really did not like that there are so many hidden charges and the charges are very high when I apply for loan one executive from Mahindra told me that 4-5 days will take to approve the loan but it will take approximately 1 month.and they provide fixed interest rate 8% which is very high so after completing six month I fill mu all loan amount because I can not understand the policy of Mahindra Finance and also not like the staff behaviour they all very rude and unprofessional.
