M.S DHONI . The untold story
The man most cricket fans love to hate but even then he has won everybody's heart. All the cricket fans flocked in to see a movie on a cricket legend whereas the movie fans went to see a Neeraj Pandey film.
Most of us were not aware of the trials and tribulations the man went through before he became an icon and indeed his story inspires us to take the leap of faith and follow our dreams, have self belief and stand true to our potential.
Neeraj Pandey does justice to it in the first half but gets bitten by the Bollywood romance bug in tve second half with unwanted songs and a dragging love story that makes you curse yourself for finishing your popcorn during the first half, as there is nothing much to see thereafter.
Sushant Singh does a good job as Dhoni, he did his homework well, so does the supporting cast. The face impersonation of Sushant's face on Dhoni was well carried out. But the length of the film and a dragging second half spoils the show.
A one time watch, Neeraj Pandey does not do justice to his previous filmography.
