The staff was polite and explained everything clearly while booking. The resort they offered was beautiful and well-maintained, and the food quality was also very nice.
What I really liked was their flexibility — they helped us customize the package as per our needs. The trip went smoothly, and my family enjoyed a lot. It was relaxing and well-organized.
However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because their customer support was a bit slow during the trip. We faced a small confusion regarding check-in timing, and it took time to get a proper response.
Still, I would recommend Luxury Country Holidays to people who are looking for budget-friendly yet luxury holiday options. It’s a reliable agency with good options, just needs to work more on post-booking support.
