I had an absolutely horrific and traumatic experience with LPO Holidays, who deceived me through their Vietnam group travel package advertised on Instagram. I booked a 6-night, 7-day trip starting on December 18, 2024, with LPO Holidays. Everything seemed fine until the day of travel when Mr. Kalim, the executive handling my booking, suddenly stopped responding to my calls and messages. Just 5 minutes before my flight was about to take off, another executive from LPO reached out and instructed me to de-board the plane while it was already taxiing to the runway.
Things went from bad to worse when I landed in Hanoi. I was told by LPO Holidays that the visa they had provided might be fake, and I was shockingly informed that I would need to pay an additional$400 for a new visa, despite the fact that the visa could be obtained on the spot for INR 5000. I was forced to spend hours waiting at the airport with no access to food, water, or even basic amenities, all while feeling abandoned and helpless.
I trusted LPO Holidays with my trip, but they left me stranded in a foreign country with no support, while constantly finding ways to extract more money from me. Feeling troubled, lonely, and fearful, with no other options, I reached out to them again. They then offered me an alternative package—at double the price and for one day shorter than the original offer.
What’s most infuriating is the utter lack of accountability. LPO Holidays admitted that one of their employees had defrauded me, yet they refused to take responsibility. Instead, they pressured me to sign an email stating that the new package will be independent of the fraud I had already experienced.
LPO Holidays' actions were not a simple mistake but a deliberate attempt to mislead and scam customers. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into an incredibly stressful, exhausting, and traumatic ordeal. This company has shown no remorse for their negligence and has failed to deliver on any promise made.
I strongly urge everyone to avoid LPO Holidays at all costs. This company is nothing but a scam, preying on unsuspecting travelers and leaving them in the lurch when things go wrong. Do not trust them with your travel plans.
