I bought Shoe Rack and a queen size Bed on 29th Nov from Looking Good Furniture Whitefield outlet. Shoe rack one handle is broken and magnet in the door was missing.
I kept following up with first Sales Person Vignesh(90668 3XXXX) who first promised to get it fixed but couldn't do that and then he gave number of one Prem Raj(98457 0XXXX) saying this person will help me.
Its more than 1 month and I just keep reminding them on getting my shoe rack fixed and this guy Prem will say sorry and give another date with no fixes.
Worst experience on services from Looking Good and I warn everyone before buying from them.
If Looking Good is reading this then please resolve my Shoe Rack issue asap.
