Hi I buyed this Led from gupta electronics in manimajra chandigarh and after using it for only 6 month its video panel stops working only audio is working so I call to their service center on second day they come to see the Led tv and after that they said the backlight panel or led light panel needs to be replaced and says it takes five or six days to change it becouse they don't have the backlight panel yet in stock but even after 15 days they don't come again I called to their service center and they said your complaint is in process and we will fix it in two or three days but then again after one week there is no reponse from their side so I complaint on their maine service center which is in gurugram and after that two three days later a technition comes and said we don't have the part so I will fix your problem temporarely and we will replace your Led in one week and after two months they replaced it and now after 4 months I got my complant resolved but the service is very poor and slow I have very bad experience with their service
