Livspace_official is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I urge everyone to carefully consider their investment in this company, as my experience has shown their customer service to be severely lacking. After visiting their experience center on August 5th, I received a projected estimate of 38 lakhs without any project review, and was pressured to book immediately for a supposed discount.
Despite my request to explore other options, I was assured that my 50, 000 token would be refunded within seven days if I canceled. However, after multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any confirmation regarding my refund, and it has now been over three weeks.
This raises serious concerns about their reliability; if they cannot manage a simple refund, how can they uphold promises of a ten-year warranty? I strongly advise potential clients to think twice before proceeding with any commitments.
