No Service provided and if you get one they are ripoff. Mind you even if product is in maintenance contract there is no transparency on what is covered and what is not. You will end up paying for replacing the parts anyway which comes for the same price of buying new one. Dont think someone will pick the call or customer care will you back. There is absolutely no responsible person in Livpure and I have even tagged the Chariman and SAR legal group to email thread. I'll tell you there is NO ethics for this company! It does not even qualify for 1 star.
