I would like to share my experience here.
I have bought a wireless mini keyboard from this website. after 20 days status was showing in the process but not dispatched. when I contacted customer care they replied after 7, 8 days that they will check and let me know. after 4, 5 days I have raised my complaint and they dispatched my product. and after 25, 30 days I have received my product. total 60, 70 days spent to get my purchased item.
Once I opened this keyboard, it was very bad quality and there is no Bluetooth dongle inside. I have complained again to replace this product but now I am not receiving any reply for my complaint.
still waiting for a reply from them. so I stopped to buy from this site because there is no customer care response and there is no responsibilities of the product on this site.
I recommend to all friends that buy from aliexpress. it is also cheaper and at least replying to a customer.
