I had taken an Mortgage loan 25 LAK from LIC Housing Finance I think it's almost I completed an 33 EMI so far but when I checked my statement from LIC housing finance office I have paid so far 2 lak as an principal and remaining amount completely Interest If I asked there is no proper response from customer service people they will ask me to come next day whenever I go they will say no network we can't check the status. I requested them many times I will close my loan account pls tell me my outstanding again they will ask me to come another day and they are charging 18% ROI it's too high and also people who work here there is no proper response I really frustrated with this Finance .
