I ordered a kurta and a top from Libas from the eye-catching collection they displayed on Myntra's festive sale. The styling looked cute online, but the fit was completely off, and the material felt a bit cheap. So, as any customer would do, I asked for a return or refund, and it felt like talking to a void: no acknowledgment, no pickup, and for sure, no refund. It’s a real hassle if the size doesn’t match or if the quality disappoints. Many reviewers echo the same cry as me, stating order arrives, quality is low, and customer support disappears. A common cycle that they tend to practise. Even the WhatsApp support feature feels like a dead end. At just 28% satisfaction, Libas might score on style fronts, but falls flat on service, sizing consistency, and post-purchase reliability. Unless you’re okay taking that fashion risk, I’d say skip it.
