Hello friends, I place an order on letsbuymobile.com for Redmi note on 12Feb. When I placed order the executive told me that you will get product within 7-10 days, but I have not received approval SMS till 15 Feb When I called their customer care no. 0120-6644181 I surprised to see that as a new customer by pressing option 1 call has been answered within 1 minute but executive unable to tell me status of my order he suggested to me option 2 on this line, I again called and put option 2 and found that no one answered my call even I hold line up to 23 minutes, worst services.
