During this festive seaon on Diwali, Lenskart.com was providing huge discounts and various options on spectacles on their websites. So I decided to buy a new spectacle for me and grab deal of this e-commerce website.
I had ordered a spectacle frame worth Rs 3000( delivery charges included) and got Rs 700 discount on that so I was happy from the product I ordered and was desperately waiting for my product to deliver.
When I tracked my order it took around 7 days to dwlivery my destination which was late delivery but still was happy.
When the product delivered my house I was in eager to wear my new specks but what I experience was a heart breaking.
They delivered me different style spectacles and of different color and quality was cheap which was pathetic service. During festive season I was looted by this frauds which was sad.
I mailed them about my issue ao they replied me with an inconvinience letter and told as your selected product was currently not available so we sent you another product of same quality. I requested them to return this spectacle and give my money back which took around 10-13 days for complete payment of my money.
So my experience with this website was pathetic and miserable so dont request anyone to buy any product from here and if you do so then its your luck whether you get service or get thumb( ANGHUTA)
