I ordered from lenskart app costing rs 2500 as I have purchased gold membership for year and there was some one plus one offer ....but when delivery person came he demanded rs 3500 ...I showed him in lenskart app but still he was adamant so I returned order and delivery person took back and never checked from relevant team... Lenskart feels customers are fools...
My suggestion to all that please recheck price before making payment ( cash on delivery orders)
I will never order from lenskart....they lost customer as there is no transparency
