Very poor quality lenses and delayed delivery. Review on Lenskart

The staff at Lenskart frequently changes and everytime you visit their store you will see new faces. They have no knowledge about their products. I have had very bad experience with Lenskart. They have very poor quality lenses made from cheap chinese plastic as you can notice from the transparency of the lens.

I had to replace my spects many times, as they were not able to make perfect spects for me, a multiple times. Either there was issue of centring or lens power. Even when I ordered a repeat of the previous product, they are now lingering upon the delivery date. They keep changing the delivery date. I do not lnow what is the reason. May be they do not have ready stocks or may be they do not have enough staff to execute vthe orders. Then why commit a delivery date when you cannot honour the same.

Even the Lenskart eye test is very bad. I had to get my eye tested 4-5 times and at all times their result was different. I had to finally take second opinon from another optician and then showed Lenskart thir report and finally they made proper spects on power based on the other optician's test report.

I do not know how this company is being allowed to function in this country, and posing a health hazard to Indian citizens. They are playing with the eyesights of thousands of Indians.

Their operations shoiuld be stopped immediayteely.
