I recently purchased a pair of Lanvin shoes and was really disappointed with the experience. The shoes were advertised as luxury, but the quality was far from what I expected. The leather felt cheap and the stitching was poorly done. It was obvious that the shoes were made in a hurry and with low quality materials.
When I tried them on, the fit was off. The shoes were too small in length, but too wide in the heel. It felt like I was wearing a pair of clown shoes. I had to return them after a few days of wear.
The customer service experience was also terrible. When I contacted them about the issue, they were not helpful at all. They said that the shoes were sold as is and that I should have known better. They also told me that I would have to pay for the return shipping. I was very frustrated with the lack of understanding and sympathy that they showed.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with Lanvin and will not be purchasing anything from them again. The quality of their shoes is not at all what they advertise, and their customer service is atrocious. I would not recommend them to anyone.
