We went to this place in HRBR Layout – Bangalore called La Casa a few days ago with family and friends. There is a nice ambience to the place but the buffet was not desirable except for a few items. The naans were lovely along with the starters and the soup.
The rest of the stuff on the menu was not at all appetizing. The waiters were very polite, the service was exemplary, and the rustic ambience was nice. We did not try the other stuff on the menu, so no idea if the rest of the grub was good. All that I can say is that the price of INR 375+taxes is not worth it at all. No doubt, the spread was quite a lot with biryani, Thai noodles, steamed rice, fish, and so on and so forth. We opted for the non-vegetarian one, obviously! The desert was not very appetizing so we settled for ice cream.
When you look at it from every angle and rate it – the ambience comes in tops along with the service of the staff. The price list is not easy on the pocket and if you ask me – no I will never go back again because of the grub. But just for the heck of it for a good time with friends – sure because of the top class service offered. Perhaps they need to improve the quality of the food on the buffet or they may just lose out **Recommendation** - Yes for the ambience, good service and the feel No for the buffet
