A torture to claim

My sister got treatment in Nov 25-28(2015) in one of their so-called tie-up cash-less hospital for right knee.


First, they rejected the cashless claim with no specific reason(even after one of their representative vising the patient for verification in her hospital bed).


Now it has been almost 2 months, and they are sending emails every week(from different email IDs) asking for the same documents which are already delivered to them a months ago, and courier's tracking shows that it is delivered to.


Claim form with seal from hospital, incident history signed by doctor, original x-ray & scan and hospital discharge summary and pharmacy bills- all sent. I have also written 5 emails that all documents are delivered, but they have no coordination among their emails IDs and the 2 representatives I have talked over phone. I even copied grievance@ltinsurance.com, but they are dragging it. Never go for L&T Insurance, as claim process is a chaos, and their intention to reimburse it doubtful.(claim number 100111520831)
