Issue with CRESCENT K 76X34X6 bed(TWO NO.) - Is this the customer service?
Wish to present the case in the chronological order. Before that, I wish to add that all the beds in my house are from Kurlon and I am loyal one of its loyal customers.
Refers to the complaint regarding the above beds whose purchase details are once again attached.
31 July 2022-first complaint was lodged regarding the spikes coming out from teh beds.
2 Aug 2022, response received to send the photo.
Explained to them that the photo will not serve the purpose since the color of teh bed is off white and the spokes are colourless or off white.
8 Aug. 2022-Replacement not approved since the photo of defective bed is missing.
16 Aug. 2022, Suggested Kurlon to depute its representative to the site.
26 Aug. On insistence, photo of the defective bed was sent.
27 Aug. Kurlon informed that its policy does not allow the visit of a representative to the site. Then, I offered to pay in advance the fees for deputing a representative to the site. Despite this, the company was not ready to send the representative and insisted on a video.
30 Aug 2022, I informed Kurlon that I am going out of the country and will send the video after my return.
24 Dec 2022, After return, I got busy with many other priorities. Hence found no time. Today took the video of the bed with an I-Phone, which I am sending herewith.
Should the customer policies be made in the interest customers or to obviate the responsibilities of the supplier?
I think it is high time that the management of Kurlon reviewed its customer policies.
May I look forward to an early solution?
