KURLON1 is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

We have ordered kurlon mattress more than a month ago. We paid the money too. They have promised to deliver it in 15 days. But haven't received yet. They are very irresponsible while calling to customer service. They always gives false promises like " We will escalate your case to higher team" and will solve the issue in 24 hours etc. But nothing happened. They are cheating us and looted our money. Their customer service is the worst one I have seen in my life. I would give -1 rating to their service. If somebody thinking to buy kurlon mattress through online, please don't do that. They will cheat you and loot your money.
