I bought a hyundai eon dlite+ petrol, while purchasing the car I was showned a grey color car having his all bumpers painted in grey color only. I ordered silver color car and when I came for delivery I received the silver color car with no paint on there bumpers both front & back. The sales person over there told me that he will provide the paint as per your requirement you please take the delivery of the car.
On his words I taken the delivery of the car & I was very happy as it was mine first car but the experience got worst when I started doing follow up for the paint of bumpers. Initially sales person says will do it, wait. will do it wait. But after few weeks he isn't responding. I complaint in hyundai company also where I received calls from there customer care which wasn't satisfactory.
At last no one helped me & finally I do the paint from my own cost through Go mechanic.
Worst experience, next time I would think thrice to buy a car from them.
