Hi I would like to share my personal experience with kotak bank credit card. I'm holding my salary account with kotak mahindra bank. Repeatedly I use to get the calls from kotak credit card section. They use to say so many offers. About their product and asked me to submit the documents. I too submitted my documents . This happened during the month end. I m not aware that this credit card section simply gets the documents to fulfill their monthly target. Soon after the month I got another call from same bank regarding the credit card. When enquire about the status of my old application they said apply newly once again. This time too I got cheated by kotak credit card section. I have hdfc card with higher credit facility than what kotak is offering. Applying the credit card in kotak is waste of our time.
