I am writing this to hare my dad experience with kotak mahindra bank throughout last 3-4 years I my earlier organization kotak had a tie up and seeing 6 interest had taken it but almost in all criteria it is far behind other banks its wepsite is no simple if you go to any branched kotak mahindra banks is not much popular as compare to axis and another peivate banks which provide excellent service it is a private bank but it provides poor service to customers even government bank are better than this bank it website is not simple if you go to any branched kotak mahindra bank is not much popular as compare to axis and another private banks which provide excellent service it is a private bank but it provide poor service to customers even government bank are better then his bank they are looter I opened my bank are account with them they deducted 500 rs saying that I buy some share which I never heard off and then say if u want that money back 250rs will be deducted now first of all .
