Hi all, hereby I would like to share my peraonal experience with kotak bank. For some emergencies I borrowed amount from my brother( from abroad) . The amount 5 lakhs creditted in my account. soon I went to bank to withdraw the amount. I approached the bank with my checkbook. I enquired is there any deduction may happen by this withdrawal. They said you can withdraw in one shot. After one month the charge of 1259.00 was deducted from my account. I called the customercare and explained the fact. The customercare executive said only 500 can be reverted that too subjected to manager wish. When I need my amount. Why should I pay the charges to bank which was not informed during the transaction. This is not reliable bank.
