As compared to Kotak Bank Bill pay services SBI services are very good. 2 years I used Kotak SB AC(ICICI is good BUT cheating bank). I send many times mails to rectify errors but each time they asked bloody nonsense questions. Always bank fellows think that customer don’t know. DONT SENT MAILS SUGGESTING OR ISSUES. KOTAK SOFTWARE IS WORST THAN banks ICICI, SBI, CITI BANK. WORST part is that executives dont have sense at all and bank rules are worst. Today I closed my Salary AC which is not Salary ac in their view and happily closed ac and using SBI as Salary AC. 2 years back only I started using SBI for bill pay services. I Suggest order of banks preference is ICICI(I hate due to cheating but Good), SBI(If u don't want any personal loans), AXIS bank, HDFC, CITI and. Kotak .
only GOOD THING IS THAT interest pay is much higher and automatically goes to fixed deposit that is best as compared to any other bank and rest are just like toilets in govt offices.
