Seriously worst bank ever seen In my life
I paid all cc EMIs on time and even I don't a statement
I pay every month 4k to 6k or 7k
My limit is 45000
I was use my card only times in a year and I ll me making a all EMI to talk to the customer service then I pay 6 EMI's on time and don't use a credit card again
And I ll check still my total outstanding 48000
Really that's farud company
Our executive call me and said make a full payment I said recheck my statement and give me a genuine solution they guys talking like unprofessional and used abusing words I have screenshots of all chats
They said go to bank and bank said we don't help you because cc is a third party company
Than what I am do
They guys call me and using abusing words
I ll sue this type of fraud companies
