Recently i have installed Kotak Mahindra Bank App and it is useless. I have ever seen this kind of App showing always error message as "System is not able to process the current request. Please try again".
That's it. Whenever i tried same message I am getting as specified above and no use at all with this app.Strangely, this app is working fine at midnight..! What's the use of working at midnight i didn't get..!
Few days back somebody called me from Kotak bank customer care center and asked me about my opinion on all services whatever availing from their bank.
I gave my opinion and also i explained the issue i am facing with app.They responded saying that; some times it may happen due to network issues/due to server busy. So, excuse us and try again after some time.
Still this issue is going on and it seems they haven't look into this issue at all.
