I have been customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank since 2019, I would rate 5 out 5 stars because it deserves the appreciation. It has got very nice looking UI as well as easy to use features. The best part about this app is it provides instant IMPS transfer, in some bank apps they allow transfer after 30 minutes when you add new beneficiary . The most important thing is Kotak 811 account is fully digital account, zero balance and you don't need to visit the bank branch to get the account opened. Since then I don't have any complaint regarding the app and bank.
