On 8th April, I enrolled in an IT course focused on Oracle EBS R12, for which I paid INR 19, 500 from Kodakco Academy. At the time of enrollment, the course promised comprehensive learning support through a Learning Management System(LMS) and the inclusion of live classes. Unfortunately, the experience so far has been deeply disappointing.
Since the beginning, the LMS provided has been completely non-functionalnone of the course videos are accessible or playable, which has left me with no usable study material. I have attempted to contact the course provider on several occasions, hoping to get some resolution or at least an update on the commencement of the live sessions. However, their response has been consistently unhelpful and lacking in clarity. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any proper communication or timelines, which has only added to my frustration.
