The knorr soupy noodles is without a doubt good in taste and flavor. It has good quality fiber and taste enhancer that gives awesome taste to this instant food. The concept is also good to have noodles like soup and product name is appealing when it called soupy noodles. But here is one information I need to share, this product is also under the scanner of food safety officers and for now it got to know this;
It is highly processed food containing salt in very high proportion measured as 1.09gm per 70gm of knorr soupy noodles. This is a red alert kind of thing and not recommended for people susceptible to hypertension or heart disease. This thing is important because now a days people in India are consuming instant noodles as meal replacement many a time.
I suggest to have this noodles along with other vegetable to get proper and balanced nutrient out from it.
