Soups are the favorite snack of all the kids in my family. A single day was difficult to pass if we would not have a bowl of any soup. At first we used to make different soups at home. But it was becoming tiring to make something different daily.
Hence we started to buy knorr soup packs from the market. We did not find them to be as tasty and healthy like our homemade ones. The reason behind this was that they do not contain any sort of real vegetables. At least I don't find any. The soups are extra spicy. They contain a lot of mono.
Hence, I do not recommend these soups at least not on daily basis.
