The only KFC in the phase 1 area, this used to be one of the favorite eating joints for my office colleagues. It used to be a good outlet with timely service. But didn't expect the service to downgrade so much over such a short period of time.
Unavailability of different eating items is one of the biggest problems that this place has. Either you place an order online or just visit the outlet in person, there are times when they don't have all the items available. On 2 different occasions, they did not have Zinger burgers available, now that is bad as most people visit KFC for Zinger burgers.
Also on a couple of occasions, during the day, the place seemed to be understaffed and just 2 people would be dealing with lots of customers. Now that is bound to negatively effect the timeliness of service.
In the last 4-5 months, this place has being doing bad service wise. So, if you have the option to eat at any other joint, then you can definitely give this one a miss.
