Yesterday I went to kfc nehru place in epicuria food court. As the kfc food counter was too small its very difficult to stand in a queue for a long time. There was 3 billing counters but only 1 counter was open on rest 2 no one was there. After standing in a queue for more than 10 minutes I got my number I ordered for chizza meal and also I have 1 promotional coupon for which I get two fiery grilled chicken free of cost. I gave my code to counter guy initially he told someone to give two fried chicken pcs .
I told him this coupon is for grilled chicken not for fried chicken so he finally gives me grilled chicken. For that also he gave 1 big pc and 1 very small pc. I argued him to give me the same pc to which he again argued with me . Later he change my small pc . After that I have to wait so long for my chizza. After I got my chizza I found that it was not at all hot . It was frozen. So instead of again fighting with that guy I throw that in a dustbin. Customer service is so poor. Not expected from kfc.
