I visited this place when we friends were shopping at the amanora mall. It became really late. We saw this KFC located near to exit, planned to have dinner there. As we entered it was already crowded. We waited in the queue for 20min. Finally, what I saw was really disgusting, ppl were fighting with each other for early order. There were only 4 people in this store of KFC when it is located in mall. Finally, somehow we placed order and waited for next 20min. What we found our orders were exchanged with other customer. It was pathetic experience. Highly mismanaged outlet in such a renowned mall.
