I purchased a new Kent RO water purifier for Rs 19000 in May 2020.
Just one year in July 2021 first week I am forced to spend Rs 5000 towards filters.
Again on 23rd Feb 2022, I note that SMBS board to be changed and Rs 1500 to pay.
One year warranty.
Bold letters 5 years displayed but only free service. .
The co is very clever.
It added service charges with the product and cheat the customer.
Kent costs Rs 19000 and every year you have to pay Rs 5000 as maintenance.
Worst product.
My sincere advise to everyone please don't prefer this company products.
In 2 years I throw this product to waste box.
I won't buy Kent in future and wont recommend for any one.
