My brother in law recently bought Kent RO as per my recommendation cause we are using Kent since long without any issue. But this time I ashamed on me to suggest to them Kent Ro. Genuinley the price and feature were great and fulfilling the requirements but after usage of 6 months approx. It had some issues in the filter candel and membrane but due to having warrenty option along with us saved hard earn money to get waste. We collected on last week still working good but let's see how long.
Kent service are fine only due to customer support that is very slow need to follow up again and again for issue resolution.
Well desiging is ordinary but very easy to clean. Now I always wish not to go again for service centre when I see Kent Ro.
