Few days back our laptop got some technical problems so we started looking for laptop repair service centres. We opted for Just dial& through that we got a call from one service centre& we confirmed with them.
After an hour, he came our home for service . He opened laptop into pieces& informed us that little error is there will get fine, I will bring some instrument from office& do this.
Later he didn't came& neither picked out calls. Then we checked our laptop& found that hard disk got stolen.
We have registered FIR against the service centre& JUST DIAL too. Because being claiming big company& assured services, how can they don't verify companies mentioned in their database. It means they don't do anything& any fraud people can use just dial& harm anyone.
JUST DIAL - don't believe them nor in their databases. When we informed them, they were just transferring the call& didn't knew the details . This is how services they give? No verification at all.
So it's our request to all don't use JUST DIAL services& in case you want to still then better verify from your end with whomever you contact.
