I purchased the Joy E-Bike Monster, and my experience has been utterly horrible. The suspension is terrible, and it causes huge discomfort while riding. After riding for just 30 minutes, my back and shoulders start to hurt, then riding becomes very difficult. Since the bicycle is small, it looks like a toy; one does not expect it to cost so much. If you are over 6 feet tall, your ride position will be very awkward and cause neck and back pain. The small wheels often get stuck on rough roads.
Plus the slow pace of the bike adds to the frustration, making journeys longer and difficult. A major drawback is that there are hardly any service stations at all. Whenever there was a need for repairs that had to be undertaken, I had to rely on local garages, which was a big hassle. This bike may have a great look to it, but in performance and comfort, it honestly is not worth it.
