I've been using the Joy E-Bike Monster for a few months, and I've found its performance to be unreliable. The battery drains quickly when I accelerate, and the bike feels slow compared to petrol mopeds. The claimed range of 75 km per charge is often not achieved, especially if I ride aggressively. I mostly get anywhere between 50-60 km. This is very bad especially considering the price of the bike.
The bike's top speed of 25 km/h is suitable for urban conditions, but it lacks the power needed for inclines or faster traffic. A lot of times, I find it difficult to accelerate when the slope is too inclined. Overall, I'm disappointed with its performance and would advise others to consider more reliable options.
