This is the worst customer service provider among all the stock broking farm in India. They do not bother to resolve single customer query and deal with customer with “we do not care, whatever you want to do you do” kind of attitude. This I have personally experienced not one time, but twice within a year and finally after getting so much mental harassment I have decided not to do any dealing with this organisation. If you do not want to have such bitter experience then keep distance from this organisation and avoid any short of dealing with this low standard broking farm. If I had option to rate them with nil star then I would have not given single star also for their pathetic customer service.
