WORST, CHEAP, LYING, CHEATING, WORTHLESS, GREEDY, FOOLING, FALSE, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS jiomart and their customercare.
It's VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING, MISLEADING AND MISGUIDING by jiomart and their customercare for UNNECESSARILY FOOLING AND LYING for sending FALSE, FAKE AND FRAUD coupons which is not applicable, as told it is told that the coupon is applicable to any purchase of minimum Rs. 300/- and above but its all LIES and FOOLING from jiomart and their customercare.
For the same to raise a complaint we called their customer service number 1800 890 1222 morning at 10 am but all in vain there too we were MISGUIDED AND MISLEADING saying that it will be applicable to any groceries above Rs. 300/- but not to any oil or ghee products, so to test them I booked the groceries worth Rs. 644/- but the coupon wasn't applicable.
So again we called the customer service number since morning I am trying after last when complaint was raised and talked to a FOOLING lady they are not receiving my calls after 11 am and now it's 4 pm till now they are not receiving any of my calls. This shows their FOOLING, LYING, IGNORANCE, MISGUIDING AND NEGLIGENCE.
