This has been one of the worst service experiences Ive ever had. It feels like the company is misleading customers. I booked a Jio connection by paying ₹;1, 111 on 8th June 2025(Order Reference No: LR00000RPN04). It has now been almost a month, and the installation has still not been completed.
There is no proper way to contact a customer service representative. When I call the customer care number, it's just an automated system with no option to register a complaint. After making the payment, I was prompted to schedule a date and time, which I did many times, but nothing happened. I wasted more than 20 days waiting, and eventually had to switch to another provider.
The service team should at least have the basic courtesy and knowledge to communicate with customers properly. To make things worse, I have not received any refund for the amount I paid.
If you're unable to provide the promised service, the least you can do is refund the customers money.
